Casual clothing, sun dresses for ladies, mountain bike style clothing or cargo shorts/ capris, t shirts, running shoes, sun protection, glasses and bandanas

Snacks for bike rides and hike.
Visine
Please bring clothing items to give away. We will visit house churches and will give children clothing, women's clothing, athletic clothing and school supplies. We will be sticking to a schedule that will help the local people of Cuba.
*Note- This is Cuba and their since of timing is not the same as ours. You have to be flexible and open to change regarding schedules and times. Please do not schedule your flights to and from Miami on the same days of the Havana flights. Delays are common.
Cycling attire- we suggest you wear more casual cycling clothes since we will be going into places to eat and buildings. Formal cycling clothing sticks out. Look at some of the photos to get an idea of what to wear.
